El Olivo is a boutique business retreat located in a renovated farmhouse on a hill near the historic village of Medina Sidonia in southern Spain. El Olivo offers a safe, private environment for personal and professional development in a group setting, whether it’s your day-to-day team or a ‘community of practice’ that has a shared interest in a certain subject.

The retreat has been created as a tranquil place to conduct tailored personal and professional development programmes. These programmes are based on personal well-being and responsible leadership in an open, friendly and relaxed atmosphere away from home.
