As a certified trainer for CRR Global, I train coaches in the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) model. An innovative approach to enhancing relationship systems and improve communication, trust and collaboration between individuals.
Most people learn best from playful experience. That’s why I use an interactive approach in my facilitation. Together we create a safe, supportive, stimulating environment that brings out the group’s natural creativity, resourcefulness and unity.
As a provocative facilitator, I guide the meeting so the group has the conversations that need to take place. That means keeping the group on track, inviting the unspoken and tackling issues that may be blocking progress.
